105 sounds beautiful!
I managed to talk up the 2nd ugly house guy to 105. Woohoo .. thats a number I think we can work with. We will have to be a bit creative, we may have to rent for a year, if being creative in financing doesnt work. But it puts us in a much better position than the 93 offer did.

We havent picked out a house yet. We have been looking online and i sent you the link to my favorite currently but until we have the financing fully in place, we wont go looking at them just yet. Its an hour to an hour and a half west of the cities at least, and as you know with a large family, finding sitters and organizing this will take some doing.
And our current house well... its ugly :)
